Everything you need to know before placing an order — from timing and payment to delivery and care.

Order Policy

  • All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
  • Urgent delivery fee is 100 AED.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Custom Orders

  • Custom arrangements are made specially for each client, therefore changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed.
  • Please share all details clearly before payment confirmation.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timing may vary depending on traffic, weather, and order volume.
  • We will always do our best to deliver within the requested timeframe.
  • PETL is not responsible for incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Flower Care

  • Fresh flowers are natural products and may slightly vary in shape, bloom, or shade depending on seasonal availability.
  • Proper care helps maintain freshness longer.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of floral products, refunds or returns are not accepted once the order has been confirmed.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

Events & Flower Bar Bookings

  • Event bookings require advance confirmation and partial/full payment depending on the package.
  • Last-minute changes are subject to availability.

Content & Photos

  • PETL reserves the right to photograph and share arrangements for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise by the client.
